What is the cancellation rule?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable under the supplier’s published terms.
What happens if weather is bad?
Activities depend on sea and weather conditions. The center may modify, postpone or cancel for safety and offer an alternative or refund at its discretion.
