- Bookings and service delivery
- To create, confirm, modify and manage the contract, coordinate the operator, send documents and handle incidents.
- Payments and fraud prevention
- To process amounts due, reconcile payments, protect transactions and establish or defend claims.
- Legal and accounting duties
- To comply with tax, accounting, consumer, maritime, safety and law-enforcement obligations where applicable.

Who receives the data
Data is shared only when necessary with the operator supplying the selected activity, BookingOS and connected booking infrastructure, payment processors, hosting and email providers, customer-support tools, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required.
Independent activity providers may act as separate controllers for operational data they need to deliver the service. Their own privacy information may therefore also apply.
International processing
Some technology providers may process data outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are used where required, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another mechanism recognised by data-protection law.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up and dispute prevention. Booking, payment and invoice records are retained for the periods required by tax, accounting and legal-claims rules. Consent and security records may be retained for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or securely blocked while mandatory limitation periods remain open.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send your request to the legal email shown above and identify the right you wish to exercise.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We encourage you to contact us first so we can address the issue.
Minors
Bookings should be made by an adult with legal capacity. Information about minors must be supplied by their parent, guardian or responsible adult and only to the extent required for tickets, safety and service delivery.
Security and automated decisions
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect data. No system is completely risk-free, so users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through open messages.
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated profiling.
